A relentless downtuned crust assault delivered with the hollow distorted ferocity that made early thrash metal sound so evil (and thus made us like it so much). CAPTIVES feature members of BLACK DOVE, PARALYZER and others, so clearly this demo is no lucky accident, and the guitar leads that ooze through every available crevice owe a generous tip of the hat to their earlier efforts. Songs like "Static" sound urgent and panicked, while "Sadness In The Streets" and the title track are essentially modern crust numbers, but come across like completely new creations of the old model. Oh yeah, and it's fukkn heavy.nbsp;
