Rock N' Roll Stormtroopers, like
Die Toten Hosen were from Germany and like the Goats gave American Gulf War general Stormin' Norman Schwarzkopf a prominent role on their debut single. The band started out as a perfect Dickies-Ramones hybrid and then pretty quickly devolved into being to AC/DC what the Darkness were to Queen. Oh well, debuts are funny things...
